SMS Program

Guardly sends text messages (SMS) to customers and professionals who opt in. Messages include booking and account updates — such as booking confirmations, reminders, and application status. Text messages are a utility channel only: Guardly does not send marketing or promotional texts. Guardly is a marketplace for booking certified, identity-verified water-safety professionals, operated at joinguardly.com.

You opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box when creating an account in the Guardly app, when starting a professional application on this website, or by turning on the Text messages toggle in your account settings. Consent is always optional and is never a condition of using Guardly or making a purchase. We keep a record of when you opt in or out.

Message frequency varies based on your activity — for example, you receive more messages while you have an active booking. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any Guardly text to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent. You can also turn off the Text messages toggle in your account settings. Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.
